Design of GASGAS EC 300

The GASGAS EC 300 is a racing dirt bike whose design follows this line of thought. Going straight to the bodywork, it’s like someone took a bucket of paint and just splashed it onto the bike because that’s what it is, the classic GASGAS red all over it. It is electrifying and gorgeous, with the GASGAS logo on the side in pure white to contrast it.

The red seat is comfortable and soft, giving the rider a cushion over rough humps and bumps. The grip cover on the seat also gives the rider a firm grip to stay on and allows for easy moving around and controlling of the bike.

The bike’s frame uses lightweight, laser-cut chromium molybdenum steel, which is robot welded for complete accuracy and strength. It also incorporates specifically engineered flex in all the frames, ensuring the riders have all the confidence to ride through any terrain with easy handling and stability.

The silver anodized aluminum wheels are high strength and function well no matter what terrain you are riding in. It also features CNC machined hubs, lightweight spokes, and silver anodized aluminum nipples.

The tires fitted onto the bike are Dunlop MX33 at the front, and the rear wheel gets an AT81 tire. They are both durable, give you immense grip, and deliver a smooth and excellent performance on the trails.

Features of GASGAS EC 300

The airbox in GASGAS EC 300 precisely filters out the debris and dirt and traps it in the twin air filter. It has been designed considering the position of the inlet ducts, ensuring maximum airflow.

The radiators cool down the motor. The integrated cooling system gives you a maximum cooling effect and efficiency and does not need additional hoses.

The radiator is designed to be slim and match the ergonomics of the narrow bike, and it is made using high-strength aluminum. The radiators also give the bike a low center of gravity for simple handling.

The Neken tapered handlebars are of top quality and offer the rider a firm grip. The left-side ODI grip does not require gluing, and the throttle side has a vulcanized grip with an integrated throttle mechanism.

The crankcase is made from a die-cast house and is all lightweight and robust. All the internal shafts are in their ideal positions on the EC 300, and it keeps all the shafts close together to centralize oscillating masses. It also has a counterbalance shaft to keep the motor running smoothly.

The exhaust system has been designed to meet the FMI sound regulations. The header pipes are well-built and have optimal geometry and ground clearance for sophisticated performance. The mufflers have an advanced internal structure to give superb noise dampening and weight saving.

The hollow-cast aluminum swingarm gives the bike immense strength while still being light. It can also be adjusted by looking at the clear adjuster marks to ensure they are easy and accurate.

The Li-Ion battery, weighing 2.2 lbs lesser than the conventional lead battery, makes the bikes easy and convenient to start.
