The TC 65, with its cutting-edge 2-stroke technology, dominates its 65cc class. In addition to using the lightest and most rigid materials possible, the engine has a pressure-controlled exhaust valve that helps it produce top-notch performance.
An intelligent cooling circuit employs two radiators and an integrated crankcase cooling system to ensure heat dissipation and maintain a steady temperature balance for maximum performance.
The high-performance cylinder features a pressure-controlled exhaust valve (PCEV), which offers unmatched performance and gives the young motocross racer a distinct advantage. It is built of lightweight, robust aluminum.
The dependable Formula hydraulic clutch system provides enhanced longevity, almost maintenance-free operation, and flawless operation. Free play is continuously compensated, ensuring that the clutch’s pressure point and function are constant throughout time and regardless of the temperature.
The high-strength chromium molybdenum steel frame incorporates precisely calculated longitudinal flex and torsional rigidity parameters to improve handling and suspension performance. It promises superb stability, effortless handling, and precise cornering. The subframe is lightweight aluminum and fastened to the frame with four screws.
The rider has complete control of the TC 65 thanks to the hydraulic clutch and manual 6-speed transmission of the engine.
The cutting-edge suspension technology, the TC 65 has a ground-breaking WP AER 35 fork. In addition to being extremely light, the 35 mm USD forks provide outstanding comfort and damping qualities that let the rider push the limits with complete assurance. The air unit in the left fork has 215 mm of wheel travel and may also be readily modified with an air pump for rider choice, weight, or track conditions.
The WP monoshock is ideally linked to the front forks for the best balance and damping characteristics because it is directly connected to the swingarm. The rear shock is also completely adjustable and has 270 mm of suspension travel, allowing it to be adjusted to the rider’s preferences or track conditions.
The TC 65 has large waved front (198 mm) and rear (180 mm) disc brakes and floating Formula calipers, providing the same braking performance as the full-size motocross lineup. The entire system guarantees better stopping ability and an advanced brake feel.
