While complying with your needs, we endeavour to provide you with the best of our services. Round-the-clock, we at Riders Rally try harder to provide you with the best services digitally. But if any of our services failed to meet your expectations or you are unsatisfied with any of our services, you can contact us, and we will work on it, rectify the situation, and offer you a refund.
After failing to provide service to our customers accompanied by internal investigations, we shall refund the money if asked within seven (7) days from the day of payment. For a refund, the applicant needs to contact via mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund will not be possible after seven (7) days from the payment date, as the time and resources used for the work by our staff are not refundable. So, as soon as the payment is made from the customers’ end, the amount is used in working on a client’s matter after seven days.
Focusing on customer contentment, the refund shall not be applicable, if:
- There’s no apparent, genuine, and visible deficiency in Riders Rally service;
- After the payment, if the customer changes his/her mind, but you may use the amount to any other alternative service at Riders Rally.
- A refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase of the service.
Initiating a Refund
To initiate a refund, the applicant needs to contact via email at email@example.com. It’s mandatory to make the refund request within seven (7) days of payment. Our team will process the request within 3 to 4 working days after receiving all the details. It may take 7-10 days to reflect in the applicant’s bank account.
